Total gut renovation – We changed a 1950s Art Deco style 4,000 sq ft two story apartment to a young, clean contemporary style with lots of room for wonderful artwork and furnishings. Four new bathrooms, new kitchen and laundry room, extensive new plumbing and electrical work, framing, cabinetry/millwork and moldings.

This was the fourth high end project for Sieg Design and Construction with this client.
